HiroGrading is proud to announce our first partnership with a physical store! From today it is possible to have your cards graded with HiroGrading via the TCGShop.eu store.
This is a major milestone for HiroGrading, the first brick-and-mortar store where you can hand over your cards for grading with HiroGrading. This is the start of a larger network in Belgium and the Netherlands that we are working so that we can serve our customers even better.
TCGShop is located in Boom, Belgium. Yes, the municipality of Boom of the famous Tomorrowland festival. The exact address of the store is Hoek 76, Unit 57, 2850 Boom, Belgium.
TCGShop.eu is a shop that mainly focuses on players. The store is open 2 fixed evenings a week, these are Monday and Friday from 6 pm to at least 11 pm. Usually they are open even more in addition to these 2 days, depending on which tournaments and releases are taking place. So if you come by outside the standard opening hours, be sure to contact them.
How does it work?
Just like before, you need to create an order on our site. During checkout you can now also choose this store as the service point you want to use.
You can create the order in advance before visiting the store, or simply do it in the store on your own smartphone.
Soon there will also be a HiroGrading kiosk in the store. A tablet on which the HiroGrading website will always be available, so that you can also create your order via this tablet.
Have you created the order? Then hand over your cards at the cash register and always state your order number.
Can I pay at the store?
Since you still have to create an order via the site, you can use all the usual payment options (ideal, banccontact, credit card, …) via the checkout on our site.
However, you can now also choose cash at checkout. You then pay cash at the checkout of the store.
Can I send my cards to this store?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send cards to this shop. We have other addresses available for this.
Can I pick up my cards at this store when they are graded?
This is of course possible. You can choose this during checkout. Once your cards are graded, we will return them to the store and notify you as soon as they are available for pick-up in the store.
Can I have my cards returned to me when they are graded so I don’t have to go back to the store?
This is also possible and you can indicate this during checkout.
